Manufacturing defects.
Assembly defects.

3: Hide Away Safe warranty.

Guaranteed by the Australian manufacturer, Hide Away Safe Co, unconditionally for 15 years from the date of purchase for the original purchaser.

4: Abloy Lock warranty.

The Abloy PROTEC Lock is guaranteed by the Australian manufacturer, Hide Away Safe Co, unconditionally for 15 years from the date of purchase for the original purchaser. Note: There is no guarantee for the included keys.

5: Claims procedure.

Return the Hide Away Safe to the place of purchase including the original invoice / receipt or a copy of, this is to prove you are the original purchaser.
Return address please contact us, link in the navigation at the top of this page or in the Site Map near the end of this page, and we will send you the manufacturers postal address allowing you to send your Hide Away Safe back for repair or replacement.
